Bio/Description
Fan Wu is a Ph.D. candidate in Chinese literature. His M.A. thesis explores the Southern Song literati’s construction of the discourse of resurgence in various literary genres, as well as the moral implications behind their writing. At Princeton, he hopes to study the representation of masculinity in late imperial Chinese literature and literary exchange activities.
