Bio/Description

Margaret “Margo” Orlando serves as the Graduate Program Administrator and Assistant to the East Asian Studies Department Chair.  Prior to joining the Department of East Asian Studies, Margo worked in the Office of the Dean of the College and coordinated Princeton’s Senior Thesis Research Fund Program. Since 2011, Margo administered the Mid-Career Fellowship Program at The McGraw Center for Teaching and Learning. Margo began her Princeton career in 2009 when she took on the role as Project Manager for the Woodrow Wilson School’s Survey Research Center for the MacArthur Foundation-sponsored New Jersey Housing and Community Study, where the results were published in the book Climbing Mount Laurel: The Struggle for Affordable Housing and Social Mobility in an American Suburb. She also worked on the Mellon Foundation-sponsored Graduate Education Initiative Study.
