Bio/Description
Suna Cha is a PhD student in Korean literature and cultural studies. Her current interests center on the intersection of aesthetics, gender, and language, as well as their roles in constructing notions of (pre)modernity.
Prior to joining Princeton, Suna received her M.A. from Harvard University, where she wrote her thesis on Kim Hyang-an (1916-2004), a Korean writer, painter, and museum founder. She also has a B.A. in English and Art History from Georgetown University.
